Spyker: cash plan for Saab stalled

Nice STOCKHOLM – Conditions proposed by the European Investment Bank are stalling plans to secure short-term financing for troubled automaker Saab, owner Spyker Cars said Tuesday.

Stocks rise despite weaker GDP report
