After trying several other products, this one is by far the best. I am a petite female (only 5' tall) and this was the only belt I could find that fit. Wearing it took some getting used to, and I will agree with another review, wear the water bottles at your back. The pouch is a little small, but big enough for my keys and Gu. Definately recomend it!
