Excellent product; incredibly small and lightweight. Rechargeable battery a plus. Light has 2 levels and strobe. Beam is extremely powerful on high - very useful on lower setting as well and suggested 8-hour battery life on lower setting. It is recommended as a possible defensive weapon: the light could certainly blind an attacker, but I don't think there is enough size or mass to physically injure an opponent - held in the palm of the hand, the flashlight barely extends beyond my knuckles.
