I've owned at least 6 pairs of Asics over the years and these are the first that are at least a 1/2 size small. It wasn't even close and didn't require lacing them up to know they were heading back. Very disappointed since when you get up to a size 14 like I wear, the options are limited.

I'm actually writing this review for my wife, after traveling from shoe store to shoe store with her to try and find a good walking/running shoe for her narrow, flat feet. The problem is that so many people have high or medium-high arches that the arch support in uncomfortable for flat-footed folks. Not so with the Enduro. I bought her a second pair since the athletic shoe manufacturers like to change models so often that the Enduro might not be available even several months from now. My wife LOVES these shoes and she is very picky-so my guess is that they are a sure winner-and they aren't expensive! Great combination.

I've played off and on for several years with several boxed sets of clubs, like Affinity, and I like those sets. My team at work won the fall golf scramble and I wanted a good set of clubs, above the $150 boxed sets, for the spring scramble. I was looking to spend around $350 for a set. After much research, I decided on the Forgan IWD series. I bought these irons, the IWD driver, and the IWD IV Putter.



I cannot sing enough praises about these irons. You get 8 clubs (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, PW, SW) which is nice as most sets don't include a Sand Wedge. One of the things I like about the box sets is the hybrid clubs they put in there. I hit the 7 through wedges just fine, but just can't consistently hit the lower irons, so I love the hybrids. I was worried about not having hybrid clubs as I had no woods with the new set and would likely be hitting the lower irons. However, after using the irons in this set I was comfortable with, I noticed I was hitting them better and straighter than any irons I've used before. So, when I came to a longer par 3, I decided to use my new 5 iron instead of borrowing someone's hybrid. I could not believe the results. I have never hit irons this well. I don't know if it's the deep cavity backs or what, but they are incredibly easy to hit, very forgiving, and go far and straight. I didn't miss hit an iron once the whole day and started using them whenever I could. I am very impressed with these irons and am looking forward to using them a bunch this year.



If you're a decent golfer (not quite worthy of Nike or Ping), looking for a new set and want easy to hit irons, this is the set for you. I play for fun. I don't take golf to the extreme. I've never worn a pair of golf shoes. I don't buy expensive balls. I play for fun, and these irons certainly made for a fun day. Overall, the IWD series of clubs are amazing to use and a feast for the eyes with it's green/black color. I was able to color match a green/black golf bag from Prosimmon to complete my set and am quite pleased with the package I've created. I plan to order the woods and maybe a 3 hybrid and Lob wedge from the same series to complete the bag.

I've had a pair of these for about 9 months now. I bought them because I need a wide (4E) shoe and because of NB's reputation. I wear these on a daily basis and they don't see much rugged use. I mostly walk a couple of miles a day on pavement or hard floors. If I used them outdoors in a more rugged environment they would have not lasted well at all. They are very comfortable shoes right out of the box, so I like that. The thing that's really disappointing is the cheap mesh fabric they used around the top rim of the shoe. It's totally worn through, especially at the top where you slide your heel down into the shoe and also the section next to the laces at the top. If it weren't for this I'd top rate the shoe. They could have very easily used some soft leather around the rim which would hold up much better. At this price point I don't think a little piece of leather to make these shoes a bit more rugged would be unreasonable. I like the style and the comfort. I'd give these 2 1/2 stars. I'm going to be searching for another brand.

If you really wanna get ripped or do some serious muscle building, training for a sport or body sculpting, join a gym or buy a more pricey machine. If you're already in good shape & want to be even better, you don't need a Total Gym. If you want a rock hard 6 pack, this won't do that for most people. If you wanna get get rid of your gut & have a flat abdomen, this will do that. If you haven't been off the couch in a while and want to lose weight, build strength and shape up, this is a good machine to start with (and you can often find them cheap used). At the lowest settings it is easy enough for someone totally out of shape and it'll last you a good while as you can raise the incline to make it more challenging as you progress. You have the choice of more reps at a less challenging setting or fewer at a more challenging one. There are a lot of exercises you can do to target your problem areas and it is true that, even if you just get on this thing a couple times a week for 20 minutes or so, you will get some noticeable results. You may be happy w/ those results or eventually want more, that is up to you, but this is a great machine to get you off to a good start that won't cost you a fortune or be so hard you give up right away. I have had mine for years and it still works great as they are sturdy. After a lengthy illness, surgery, recovery & medication that caused weight gain, I found I had packed on about 30 pounds and looked like a potato. Being a lady over 50 and so out of shape, I needed to start gradually, so I got my Total Gym back out and it is perfect for me and really helping me to peel off those pounds and I know I look better as I am getting compliments and my clothes fit better and I can get rid of the bigger ones soon. I am also eating healthy, walking and using a Gazelle in place of or in additon to walking sometimes.



There are some down sides to the Total Gym. They make it look like it's real easy to fold up & put away under the bed and it is not. Unless you have a tall bed, it won't even fit. It is very heavy and takes some doing to get it flat and move it around- it's kind of like trying to move a dead body (not that I ever have, but you know what I mean!). It can also be hard sometimes to get those rods to fit thru the holes to change the settings- you gotta wiggle it & struggle w/ them. You pretty much have to be able to lift it, it does not move easily on carpet or a hard floor. You will like Total Gym better if you have an area where you can leave it set up most of the time, but it does take up a lot of space (length) when set up. If you are significantly overweight, you may find it uncomfortable as it is not real wide, but it's fine for me.



Depending on what you want, this may be the perfect machine for you!

I love the Powerlin PFID130 X Flat Incline Decline Bench. Once assembled, it is easy to manuever and very comfortable. I love the 45 degree incline for an excellent AB workout. The product is professional and i something I would expect to see in a quality gym.



The instructions included is a one page EXPLOSION diagram. I searched on-line for step by step instructions and called the maker of the product directly. You can find the same blown up diagram on line in a PDF format, but no one has published (that I can find) step by step instructions. One of the fitness installers I spoke to said to start from the base up and I should be fine.



I had a friend who has put several of these together before and he did it for me in about 45 minutes. I paid him $30 which is a better deal than the $120 it would have cost me to have the local fitenss installer put it together.

I ordered this bike for my son's 4th birthday because this is the exact bike he wanted and the bike store sold out of it. When the box arrived, it looked like it had been through a tornado - the box had SEVERAL large holes in it and some of the bike parts were sticking out. There was NO outer box, NO protective foam - just a 30 lb bike in a flimsy box! When we opened it up to inspect the bike, there were SEVERAL large scratches, a dented chain cover (to the point the bike would not function if put together), a broken seat reflector frame and a broken reflector. I contacted Amazon, which of course were totally helpful and sent a replacement bike overnight. I asked if they could package the bike better and handle better. The next box arrive in EXACTLY the same condition! Now this bike had many scratches, but nothing that would prevent safe riding and my son was beyond anxious to ride his bike, so I put it together only to find that the front fork (that holds the front wheel) was bent to the point that the wheel would NOT go into the fork. This apparently was the case for another reviewer as well. And with further inspection, the box was also missing a protective cover for the handle bars... WHAT do I do now!!!! Ask for yet another replacement that will likely also be damaged? My son is crushed and I am beyond furious! I LOVE Amazon, and have ordered everything from them for over 10 years without a problem but this particular item is one that I cannot recommend at all. I will try to post photos as well to help other understand.

When I buy things, I am incredibly meticulous about ensuring I by the correct product and get the absolutely best value for my money. We went to Dick's to check out the Sole E25, E35 and E95.



E25 - wobbly!



E35 - console was close to useless



E95 - console fix, very solid.



All of them:



1) These are front wheel ellipticals and let me be clear that you are either a front wheel elliptical or a rear wheel elliptical person. We are clearly rear wheel folks.



2) I am 5' 10" and so is my wife, she is all legs and I am all body. Both of us felt like we were leaning uncomfortably forward while striding in all inclines. I don't think I nor she could tolerate it. It really bothered her and made her hunch which is a posture that is not good for a workout.



3) The incline feature borders on comedy. It angles a rear "rail" that the wheels ride back and forth on up 30 degrees. This results in a change that I could not even perceived and I thought the machine was broken and the incline not moving. I stopped pedaling and watched the rails move and then did my best to "feel" the difference - not really. I mean scientifically, it moves the rails and has some impact but it is not very perceivable.



The general review sites rave on this machine and lots seem to like it quite a bit. It's funny based on these reviews we were just about to order one online and boy am I glad we didn't!



My suggestion is that you should try one of these before you buy. If you cannot tolerate the posture of leaning forward that this machine creates, it will never get better and only become more irritating.



We ended up getting the Freemotion s5.6 which carries a Lifetime Frame, 7 years parts and 1 year labor. If you haven't tried one, I recommend that you do.

Product I received was not the quality I expected the red trim was made of very thin plastic or vinyl and started to crack and peel as soon as I put them into use, the body of the iron cover seemed durable enough,if the maker would use the same material for the trim that is used for the body of cover, you would have a good product and your future customers will not have the unplesant experience I had. However the seller has agreed to replace them, my fear is that if they are made the same the problem will also comeback, he is making an effort to resoulve the situation and I am waiting on the replacements

I weigh 190lbs and after a few weeks of use this thing has become oblong in the middle section leaving me to use the ends only. This is pretty annoying as I slip down to the middle, off the end or the thing just starts to roll in odd directions. When it's misshaped, rolling anything becomes ineffective/difficult/frustrating. Perhaps this product would be best used by a lighter person and/or someone who needs it less frequently. I have ordered a black, hard foam roller to replace this one.

No problems putting it on bike; fiancee took care of that.



Do find it challenging to change the settings as the buttons are tiny and hard to use. But, easy to reset the tripdometer. Pops off easily (but not too easily) for when I park it in a public place.



Seems fairly accurate and keeps me motivated to go a bit further each time.



Love knowing cumulative miles done on the bike.

I have been buying new balance men's 600 series, cross training shoes, probably now for over 10 years. I have a narrow foot and new balance B width shoes fit me to a T. I have particularly enjoyed the MX622. This shoe is light. durable, and well padded. It has all leather construction, with sufficient vents for breathing. The sole has excellent traction, and has the perfect stiffness to avoid having rock impacts transmitted to your feet. They hold up well. I typically get a minimum of 6 to 9 months of daily wear on each pair. I recently bought a second pair, when I found out that they were being replaced with a new model. In a moment of extreme laziness, I actually pulled out the laces, and the insoles and threw them in the washing machine with a load of towels. The results were astounding. Absolutely no damage to the shoes and about two thirds of the visible wear had been erased. A bit more work with a sponge and spray cleaner, cleaned up what was left. The leather is extremely robust and the result was a pair of cross trainers with little more than a just broken-in appearance. The top lacing eyes have a retention mechanism that keeps the shoes tied, eliminating the necessity for double knots. The shoes always look good and are always comfortable over a wide range of temperatures and use.

If you work with your wheels at all with spoke tensioning, truing, building, etc., this is a must. As this product was arriving, I did a test and trued a 28 spoke road wheel with round spokes as best as I could. I'm not a bike mechanic, just an enthusiast. The wheel was spot on. When I got the Park Meter, I checked all the spokes. All where within tolerance, but two where 2/3 of what they should have been. It is also a great way to get a start on a good wheel true. Once you know the spokes are in the ballpark, you can start to true from there. Why bother if you don't have a baseline. I go thru and get them all close, not paying too much attention to true, then go back and get true, round, and dish spot on. Amazon is the absolute cheapest anywhere for this product. You can get very quick using this product after little use. In addition to the instrument you purchase, there are two more things in the box -- a reference chart, and a spoke gauge tool. The theory is that you look up what the tension should be for the type and thickness/diameter of spoke on the wheel, then cross reference the range of generic number that reads on the tool. The needle on the tool doesn't have units (because of diameter, blade thickness, and type), but when you look up what type and size spoke you are working with, the number on the meter just becomes a reference point. Don't just true your wheels on your bike using your brake pads, etc. If you don't start out with a real truing stand, get an old bike fork and drill a hole in a block of wood, mount the fork up-side-down, and use a spring clamp with a blade of plastic or aluminum strip/plate as the index. To work with a rear wheel, use the Q/R skewer to clamp it outside of the fork like you would on an inexpensive one-armed truing stand. Then save up for that $200 truing stand you want.

In 2006 or 2007, I purchased an elliptical from Fitness Quest. Fitness Quest recalled the Elliptical and told us to choose another product. I chose the Pilates Power Gym. I used it one or 2 times and didn't really like it and it just sat in the corner. Now, unable to sell the darn thing, I am being forced to use it.



The size:

It is just the right size for my house. I like wide open spaces so was concerned about a bulky machine in the house. I rolled it into the kitchen and it doesn't get in the way.



Ease of use:

At first, I was frustrated. Once I looked at the DVD some of the frustration was relieved. My main problem, however, is the use of the hand straps and the noise. My handstraps don't seem to want to move all that much and the thing makes a lot of noise.



Results:

I have only started back using it so I can't tell if there are any results. Since my hand straps are hard to use, I don't anticipate any upper body results. It seems like it could be good for the lower body though.



Would I recommend the device to others?

No, I would not. I am 5'3 and 120 pounds and I feel like my head is in a box every time I have to lay down on the thing. My body immediately tenses up having my head in a vise like device. Also, I barely fit on the thing and I am 5'3. If I were much taller, I would be very mad having to use this thing. The most frustrating part though is the narrowness of the machine. You have to be tiny to sit on this device and do stretches and so forth.



Like others have stated, if it were not such a hassle to ship it back I would have shipped it back long ago. As it stands, I am going to use the thing for stretching.

I must've read a hundred reviews before finally settling on these. I'm glad though, cause these work great. Quick and easy to interchange, and they don't take up much space - which is pretty much why I bought them.



The fact that you can interchange between weights so quickly makes it great if you're on a workout such as P90x and don't want to have a set of dumbbells for every weight up to 50 lbs.



Only downfall on these is they're kinda big, which I don't see how Bowflex could improve on that too much. Either way, I feel I made a good decision which I picked the BowFlex dumbbells out and am happy with my purchase.

Great tool for an overall upperbody workout. Take it slow at first, cause you will feel it the next day. I cycle, run, and lift weights almost daily. But I was only able to do 5 wheels the first day I got it, and it felt like my abs were going to rip apart. :) But after just a couple of weeks, I am up to 30 at a time. Love it. I can feel it working shoulders, abs, upper and lower back, biceps, triceps, and lats. Great complement to any workout routine. A good way to "top-off" after lifting weights.

I just got this helmet in the mail, and it just won't fit me correctly, no matter how I adjust the straps. If I try to roll it off my head (as suggested by the instructions) it rolls right off the back. I was so looking forward to wearing this helmet after years of wearing really ugly ones.... oh well, time to start looking again.

The helmet is well made and I love the bright yellow color. The fit problem is clearly not a defect, rather just the way my particular head interacts with the helmet :)
